Our class timetable is a session based approach to working out.

SET Time SLOTs

Studies show that by having a set appointment time, people attend more regularly, thereby reaching their goals sooner.

Limited people

In our quest to provide a safe and welcoming space we have limited the number of people per session. 

Bookings

Mobile app allows you to quickly book or cancel a session as you wish.  Please cancel more than 6 hours prior to your session.
